The Three Puzzle Keepers

Finn, Nora, and Sam were the best of friends at Starwell Academy, a school for young wizards tucked inside a hollow mountain. Finn was bold and quick, Nora knew every spell in every book, and Sam was the kind of friend who never, ever gave up on you. One stormy evening, the three of them discovered a door at the very bottom of the school that had never been there before. The door had three locks, each shaped differently — a vine, a wing, and a flame. A note was pinned to it in silver ink: "Only those who are brave, wise, and true may pass. What lies beyond must be kept safe tonight.”
